Roll on breasts and rub in avoiding the nipple area. Use when milk supply is low.
Caution: Do not use for more than 10 days at a time. It is advised that a week break be taken before recommencing use as Fennel can increase the milks fat content and thickness.
It can also have an adverse reaction on the urinary tract if used long term.
Also, ensure that no residue has come close to the nipple area to avoid baby having contact with any of the oils.
